TENSILE SHADE PRODUCTS, LLC manufactures
and markets pre-engineered functional sculpture,
designed to extend the usable limits of outdoor
spaces by providing both protective coverage and
aesthetic enhancement.

Prior to its founding in 2007, artist / designer
Geoffrey H. Bruce had been creating custom
"Tensile Sculpture" since 1994. Mr. Bruce's intro-
duction to the world of fabric architecture began
with an intensive, two year apprenticeship with the
late C. William (Bill) Moss. During the subsequent
years of designing and producing a large body
of custom works, Mr. Bruce conceived and manu-
factured SUNAMI™, his first "functional product".

Favorable response to SUNAMI™ led the
G.H. BRUCE, LLC design team to explore other
forms and concepts. "As a sculptor, inventing
and providing beautiful, utilitarian objects is very
rewarding," says Bruce, "and with ever-growing
need for protection from the sun, and a demand
for green design, TENSILE SHADE PRODUCTS,
LLC will continue to take a leadership role in the
world marketplace."

G.H. BRUCE, LLC, the research and development
arm for TENSILE SHADE PRODUCTS, LLC, is
constantly reviewing opportunities for refining and
expanding the product line. "Investigative efforts
are ongoing," says Design Director, Noah Smith.
